MTV LA confirmed today that due to the overwhelming demand from the local fans that could have been seen online – Simple Plan will be performing at this year’s MTV World Stage event in Monterrey, Mexico on October 3rd 2013. There Simple Plan will join the line-up that currently consists only of one other band – the recently reborn Fall Out Boy. The event will take place in Arena Monterrey.
The whole event will be filmed and is to be broadcast on MTV on October 18th in 156 countries all over the world.
