Just like every year since 2008, the Simple Plan Foundation is once again holding its annual benefit event to raise funds and also to announce this year’s donations to various charities. The 2013 event, entitled “Simple Plan and Friends” will be held on November 12th at the Virgin Mobile Corona Theater (2490 Notre-Dame W.) in Montreal, Canada and will feature performances by Simple Plan, Coeur de Pirate and Les Trois Accords and will be hosted by Anne-Marie Withenshaw.
Apart from the concert, the event will also be including an auction and the members of Simple Plan will be available to pose for pictures and small chat from 7pm. Door will be opening at 6pm.
Tickets will be on sale for $150 (+ service charges) each and the band will make the first 100 tickets available to their fans at a special price of $75. Those who are unable to attend are invited to participate via sponsorship or a donation to the foundation. All of the evening’s proceeds will be going to the Simple Plan Foundation, dedicated to helping young people in need or struggling with serious illnesses.
