With David being absent at the most recent tours, it has been quite a while since the last time we’ve seen a picture of him published on Simple Plan’s social media channels. Chady Awad, Simple Plan’s photographer however stepped out yesterday and published a never-seen-before picture probably from some of David’s last appearances on tour with SP last year.

It wouldn’t be a proper tour, if Simple Plan’s tour photographer Chady Awad didn’t find the time to take the guys aside and organize a couple of spontaneous photoshoots of the members of SP during the course of the tour.

Simple Plan are finally back on the road and this time, the 15th anniversary No Pads tour has led them to Japan, where they are already in the middle of the four-show tour!
The band kicked the Japanese tour off in Nagoya yesterday and continued in Tokyo today. Both shows were packed with local fans, who have not seen the band in a while and were very excited to see this special tour finally arrive to their own country.
And it wouldn’t be Simple Plan, if there weren’t any surprises during the show. Somewhere in the middle of the set, Mikko reported to us that Pierre, Seb and Chady suddenly performed their own version of the very popular Japanese comedy skit by comedian Blouson Chiemi. In the original gag, the character in the middle – played by Pierre – is a successful career woman, who can handle both her work and her love life. In the skit she’s accompanied by two men, who eventually take their shirts off (portrayed by Chady and Seb).
