Vote for ‘Boom’ on Czech TV Óčko music video chart

It’s been a couple of years now since the last time Simple Plan had a music video on TV [This Song Saved My Life was released two years ago] but the time has finally come now and many TV stations have started to put it in rotation along with many radio stations.

In the Czech Republic, the top TV music channel is TV Óčko, which has always been very positively inclined towards Simple Plan – most notably hosting two Simple Plan specials of their music video chart in 2008 (and inviting through SimplePlan.cz a few fans to the taping) and countless of news coverage about the band in the past few years. And finally, TV Óčko decided to not put Simple Plan’s new music video for ‘Boom’ in rotation, but also put it as a new release into its music chart – “Óčko chart”.

You can now all vote for ‘Boom’ on TV Óčko here and move it to the top of the chart by next Thursday! You can vote only once, so make sure to tell all your friends to do the same.

Summer Paradise among TOP 100 singles of 2012 in Australia


The year 2012 has clearly been a great year for Simple Plan’s last single – “Summer Paradise” – most notably its version featuring Sean Paul. ARIA charts, the official music sales charts in Australia, have recently released the total TOP 100 Singles Chart of 2012 with Simple Plan’s “Summer Paradise” reaching spot #59.

In 2012 in Australia, Simple Plan’s 3rd single from Get Your Heart On! has managed to surpass Justin Bieber’s “Boyfriend” and “Beauty And The Beat”, Maroon 5’s “Moves Like Jagger”, One Direction’s “Live While We’re Young” or LMFAO’s “Party Rock Anthem”.

Save You – the best music video of 2009 on T-Music


Thanks to their voting, the Czech Simple Plan fans made Simple Plan’s music video for the song Save You the no.1 music video of 2009 on the T-Music chart on music TV Ocko. The “Best of 2009” chart shows the music videos according to the number of weeks that they stayed in the chart.

You may remember that ever since Save You has been placed to the T-Music chart, the fans have been voting so much that the video reacher the 1st position on the chart in it’s first week – plus, it settled there for the whole 7 weeks (which is the maximum time for a video to be a part of the T-Music chart).
