Simple Plan at Desjardins contest’s closing ceremony

Last night all members of Simple Plan attended the closing ceremony of the Desjardins and Ma Zone D contest “On Stage with Simple Plan and Desjardins” where the winner – Élie Gagné – was announced. Check out some of the first pictures of SP from last night in the gallery:

Since Simple Plan played an acoustic set on stage, Chuck didn’t have his hands full and could take pictures and videos while his bandmates were busy playing. Here you can check out his video from before the show and here is his video of the band playing Summer Paradise acoustically.

Simple Plan to attend the MaZoneD contest ceremony in April

For the past couple of months, the organisation Desjardins has been holding a contest through MaZoneD along with the support of the members of Simple Plan, in which talented young people could get a chance to win $5000 to pursue their passion in music and another 5000$ for the community project of the winner’s choice. The winner of the contest will be determined at a MaZoneD ceremony on April 13th where Simple Plan will also be present.

Simple Plan’s guitarist Sebastien Lefebvre released his new EP called “More Sake Por Favor” just a few months ago and now he’s decided to hold a contest on Facebook related to the first single off this EP – “My Dear” – where you have a chance to win the lyric sheet to “My Dear”, signed by Sebastien himself.
