The guys from the Canadian band Amasic heard about Still Not Getting Any’s 10-year anniversary today and decided to record a cover version of “Welcome To My Life”, one of the most prominent songs from this Simple Plan record. Check out Janick and Matt from Amasic performing this cover below:

Last night, the viewers in Canada were able to see Jeff Stinco discuss the very important topic of the future of music conservatories on the newest episode of “Tout Le Monde En Parle”. Jeff along with violinist Alexandre Da Costa came to defend these educational institutions in Canada, five of which are currently threatened with closure.
And Jeff’s advocacy for music conservatories won’t stop there. According to Radio-Canada, Jeff will be perform at the Fondation du Conservatoire de musique de Montréal’s charitable event on October 15th. The tickets are available at the Conservatory.

Yesterday morning, Jeff and Chuck appeared on BT Toronto for an interview about the Kiehl’s Rocks For Kids concert that took place in Toronto yesterday evening. From the BT Toronto studio, the guys also did interviews with other Breakfast Television programs all over Canada and right now you can check out three of them via the YouTube videos below:
Last night, Simple Plan performed at The Hoxton in Toronto, Canada at the special Kiehl’s Rocks For Kids acoustic concert. The show was also streamed live and by watching it, fans all across the globe helped to raise some more money for the Simple Plan Foundation, as $1 per each view will be donated to the Foundation by Kiehl’s.

The show began with a speech from Chuck thanking the audience at The Hoxton and also online for watching and talked about Simple Plan’s charitable partnership with Kiehl’s.
