If you’ve been following Simple Plan and their members’ side projects for a while now, you know that Sebastien is known for collaborating with various artists – most notably with his long-time friend Katie Rox (ex lead singer of Jakalope, now a solo artist). Him and Katie even released an EP together in 2010, entitled “Christmas Etc.”. Katie also appeared on Sebastien’s song Catch Me from his EP “Les Robots”.
And that is definitely not the last time we’ll have heard of Seb & Katie! In a recent interview for North Shore News, Katie Rox mentioned that Sebastien co-wrote a couple of songs on her upcoming solo record and also had some nice words to say about him:
“He’s the best,” she says. “Every time I write with him I am reminded of why I write with him. He makes me laugh. He is so fun and he is so talented. There are a couple of co-writes with him on the new album.”
