In just a couple of hours, the fans who have been chosen to appear in Simple Plan’s new music video for the song “Opinion Overload” will gather at the videoshoot location in Montreal. And they won’t be greeted just by the band, but also by the just announced music video directors – Mark Staubach and Chady Awad.
Simple Plan fans of course remember Chady Awad, who’s presence at the past Simple Plan tours has been undeniable (you may recall some of his videos and photos he took for SP). Chady’s directorial debut for SP was seen in the music video for “Boom”.
And Mark Staubach is also not exactly a newbie either. In fact, with seven SP music videos in his portfolio, Mark Staubach has oficially become the most sought out music video director by Simple Plan (Frank Borin directed “only” six SP music videos). Mark has previously directed such SP videos as “I Don’t Wanna Go To Bed”, “Summer Paradise” (3 versions) or “Astronaut” [make sure to check out the interview SimplePlan.cz did with Mark last fall!]
