After having to cancel their Monday show in Paris, France, after the terrorist attacks on the city, it was unclear whether the rest of Simple Plan’s short planned stay in Europe would be canceled as well or not. However last night’s tweet from Jeff Stinco confirmed that the band is indeed returning to Europe – London in particular – today:
Flying to London with the band. Made sure to kiss my little ones and told them how much I love them. It starts with us and the ones we love.

This corresponds with Jeff’s quote from this weekend, where he stated that if the situation allowed it, the band would be ready to show their support to their French fans by the end of this week. Let’s all wish them the safest of travels.
In the meantime, we are left to wonder what else Simple Plan plan on doing in Europe since no other official (or private, as it was the case with the Paris show) concerts have been announced. There is actually a number of possibilities – one of them being just promo in various radio and/or TV stations. And then the second one that comes to mind is SP may be on the look-out for some additional collaboration.
